Sarah, sir, we've heard both sides of the argument here. Maybe let's start with the meat first of all. Sir, i think meat substitutes have a reall important place for people. A transitioning from a meat base diet to a plant base began vegetarian diet. Franki o not co be very good for you either, is it? No? And i think it would taste pretty rubbish,. Sarah, if we were talking a hundred years ago, i wouldn't be crushing the dream. I would say, yes, it would be healthy, because we'd be consuming mostly plant base foods in their original state.
Vegan diets are increasingly popular. As more of us reduce our animal product consumption, countless new meat and dairy alternatives appear on our supermarket shelves. Manufacturers market these products as healthy options (unsurprisingly), but perhaps we shouldn’t be so quick to trust them…
