The Court's Worst, Is It?
Court packing is a disastrous idea with no end, except for the destruction of judicial review. I think fundamentally, judicial review is here to stay, and everyone knows that. Andyo, i certainly think the court goes too far often, and or maybe sometimes not far enough. The constitution's meaning is exposited through a dialectic between the legislature and the courts and the executive. It sort of emerges from this competition. In my view, sometimes, if you want to make judicial review sound really bad, you call it judicial supremacy, like, sounds white supremacy, right? It's likesom must be really bad.
