Using Negative Emotions to Create Consensus

If consens s is your goal, you're not going to have woven into that a lot of leadership or direction or impact you want to make. It's better to have if we can get the whole world in the same page, it doesn't matter. A raw obsession with consensus would put more effort on getting everybody on the same page rather than leading people that are on the samepage to some end.
