How to Evolve a Community of Practice
I think a number of us on this call are still having conversations about how do we evolve the community of practice to the next iteration. So supervision, yes, I reflect on my clients or my practice, but I think this is also a space almost where we do better knowledge sharing and explore new things. And then that's over a period of how many months is it 12? 12 months, yeah. But there was also something about having some space where we could bring an input or bring another perspective or Jen was really helpful in actually challenging all of us to go off and pick some topics and research them via team of teams or team dynamics"
