The Environment Matters and You Might Not Be the Best Fit
I'm a huge sports fan so I might keep bringing up a couple sports references every now and then. What you talked about there reminded me of a story of Zlatan Ibrahimovic who said some environments are not really meant for you no matter how badly you need it or want it. Some dreams may not be fulfilled because you don't realize whether you're ever going to be a fit for that environment. The way to check for that in my view is akin to amazon we've set up a bar razor committee which has been trained on how to judge for values match.
