The dough is very soft and very loose, a little bit harder to work with from Argentina. The white lily flour probably has less protein than this four zero flour. Have you tried just all purpose like gold metal flour, sort of lower protein, all purpose flour? I don't think it absorbed as much water as the other flowers.
