The Importance of Getting Lighter
I didn't think I was, you know, effed fluid with my ball handling and being efficient with dribbles and space. So that's one of the things and definitely just getting lighter,. It's been the goal for years to get bigger, get stronger, put on size. But I do want to get back that quickness, that shiftiness, that explosiveness. Yeah, I think you're getting old. I don't know if that's good to get lighter, getting older.
