Democracy Never Was Really Tried in Afghanistan

In traditional afghan societies, people can participate in that they are accountable. They're participatory but not like democracy and sort of the american version of it,. The parliament had very, very weak power over this very strong president. So racy never was really tried in afghanistan. But we should know that many of the constitutional i actually wrote a paper on this. It was called democracy denied.
