The Side Effects of Food Source Selection on Dietary Progress

The idea of flexible dieting if it fits your macros, this is valid and it works. But there has been a downside in which people have broadly embraced that concept. And I want to demonstrate the downside by sharing two different statements. The first statement is as follows: There are no foods that are fully off limits for fitness enthusiasts. That's a true statement. A lot of times people try to take that a step further and act like food source selection is completely meaningless. We can make food swaps strategically to set ourselves up for a diet that is basically going to set us up for more success later on.
