This is what we see in hospitals today, these big specialized machines that were the topic of much concern and discussion during COVID peaks. One of the first negative pressure ventilation boxes was developed by a scientist named Alfred Jones in the 1860s. He advertised his ventilator as the cure for an impressive number of conditions such as paralysis, neuralgia, asthma, bronchitis, dyspepsia, and deafness.
