The Thing of the Week Is Ryan Johnson's the Glass Onion

The Glass Onion is a sequel to Knives Out, which came out last December on Netflix. It's the same detective, Ben Walblanc returns but tonally, it is doing something very different from Knives Out. This is a much brighter sort of pulpy or more contemporary story about a tech billionaire who invites his friends to an island for a murder mystery game. And then when we come back, we're going to talk about the structural elements that all of these different forms of mystery have in common.
