The Role of Training and Capacity Building in Changing Working Conditions
Sally Kohn: I was working with a program called Better Work. We were improving working conditions for the large retailers and companies around the world. My role was pretty much on training and capacity building, from factory worker to minister. So that's a lot of variability, I imagine, looking across different countries and regions. She says there are many moving parts and they are brushing against each other.
