How Lactobasilistrain Impacts Kettle Sour Production

The idea that you can make something like this with a micro b or lactobasilistrain that you caught elevates the entire style right i mean now all of a sudden it's not just this thing that we're making in order to sell more beer to a certain kind of consumer. The finished product can be a little bit too sour for me so i started working on just my timing of of when i'm kind of stopping the souring process  on some of these beers using highly highly acidic ingredients.
