i do breath work and meditation that it goes under my irst m. An other days i feel like im going through my todulis. That locates the process of showing up every day doing the practice that gives me all the benefits. I've currently ben doing a breathwork course with the inventor of move nat m o v n a, c erwin lecor. The course is fantastic, and i'm experimenting with bits of that in the morning as well,. But to go back to the original question, i'm sorry i've gone off on a tangent. There's nothing wrong with using a nap. For some people, they like using a nap for meditating.
