Survivor Gilt - I Wish I Had Died

A lot of religious abused survivors from many different cults and coercive groups have experienced something similar to survivors guilt. I think that sirvivor gilt is a very common human emotion, and that these people are feeling it regardless of whether they know ht that's what they're feeling or not. Even as like a person myself, i did that work,. even as some one who chose to go through that pain and break free, i still really struggle to blame people who just don't for whatever reason?
