I like to focus on the positive. Interest rates currently 4%. I think they're going to go up peak at 7.75 and then probably Jefferson slowly down to around 4%. There's enough data out there. If we look at Jerome Powell, the chair of the Fed, the Americans are running half percent above us. He's talking about another 40% rise over there. And we follow each other step by step. So I think that's a pretty good indicator. We're going up half percent more than likely in this next review on the 23rd of March. We will then probably follow suit another quarter percent if the Americans go up a quarter percent. And that'll be where it
