How to Be More Strategic in Your Induction Process
Lucy: We've got to be more strategic about how we run this process. So, through a process of putting together induction packs, you know, an induction pack for HLTA and the action pack for one to one or TA,. An induction pack for a teacher - so that there's a really clear organizational structure for them landing. They then have regular check in points morning and afternoon. And the feedback we've had from staff on that, for example, has been really, really excellent. Like people have said, they haven't experienced that in schools and they they've not, they've just been thrown in and get on with it kind of thing. It's worth that strategic effort
