I want to pick up on that one toward the end when we talk about how do we grow as supervisors. There are times when you have to actually name that an organization for instance might be causing moral harm to a social worker. I'm curious about how Deann keeps like acknowledges that and also if she's concerned about a social worker and in a safe for instance an organization that isn't supportive as what it could be.
