I really like how that comes full circle back to emotional connection and what might be a negative cycle versus finding ways of working on emotional regulation together. And at the same time, people do do schedules. Sometimes write like they're thak, the schedule can be a mechanism for working on emotionalregulation or the emotional connection. But at the very least it sounds like you need that that piece, you need that piece of connection and communication sex is not a problem to solve in it of itself.
