The Chips Act Is a Catalyst
Andy Grove: The chips act seems like it's a great thing to keep the intellectual property that we have in our country and do great things with it. He says there'll be definite beneficiaries from the subsidies, including foundries who've been closed out of some Chinese business because of worries about military concerns. "I think that we've either just passed the trough quarter for semiconductor demand or we're currently in it," he says.
