How to Be an Empathetic Coach

Don't get into an argument with somebody's talent. It's an argument you're always going to lose. Being empathetic is different than commiserating. Everybody wants a coach that understands their world. But at the end of the day, their job may be to work with that person. Sometimes it's if self-awareness doesn't work, sometimes changing the landscape is right thing to do.
