Theme Walkthroughs for School Improvement for Schools

I'm excited by it and I think that I would highly highly recommend it for school improvement for schools. It genuinely you know if we do theme walks we would try and develop a very open culture in and out less opinionative sort of to really foster that culture. So working in process is something that we're going to see the first round of appraisal how it goes after the half-term.
