Does the Jan 6 Subpoena Matter?
I don't know that it's going to have much of an impact. I put myself down in the hopeful, but skeptical camp because not many congressional hearings I've ever seen have ever accomplished anything. The members of most congressional committees want to hear themselves talk more than they want to get anything done. They ran a bunch of great hearings. And I don't know how much it moved to need a lot of American public opinion. There's some views that say it moved it almost not at all. But I still think the hearings are certainly well run.
