Is There a Way to End Fuel Poverty in Scotland?

I think we're blessed because it's not going to be that cold or winter and all the panics that were about a month or so ago about fuel shortages. But we have natural gas in the North Sea and there are bits of land where we could frack and we could be self-sufficient. And then you've got the anti-nuclear lobby that blocking any kind of nuclear development, which as far as electricity at least is concerned is stupid. So it's just nuts and this in all sorts of ways has been very bad for our country.
