How to Scale a Team of 25 to 4,000 People?
Randy Cevallos: I've led teams of 25 to 4,000 people. There are inflection points of scale, you know, up to 50 or so and frankly, even sometimes 100, 150, you can kind of do it by yourself. He says the fundamental thing that has helped him scale is bringing in a really, really great people. "I just don't think there's any other way to do it," he says.
