Is a Stop on an Option a Better Bet?
There's a lot of people that would argue that it's a better bet because the stock is cheaper. And so from that perspective, there's plenty of people out there. The thing about options that I find so different is when you're dealing with a stop on an option and the price has fallen, it is fundamentally very different. It can tell you that you're not in the same world you were before, the environment has changed. And therefore, you should probably take action.
