Those Who Leap Over the Threshold
In one of the commentaries, as king at or a many of the commentary, it says, those who leap over the threshold, what is that? Will some think that it could be a reference to first samuel, where the idol dagon kept falling on his face. That's a very groot possibility. But apparently in the middle east at that time, there was an idea that thresholds buildings were sacred. It was considered bad luck to simply step over the threshold. And so there's zephaniah who's pointing out this. Basically, youkno that you rub the rabbits feet, or you a don't walk under ladders, or something like this.
