Sanctions on Cryptocurrency

I mean, i think people should assume that sanction countries going to have more use for bitcoin and other crypto currencies than non sanctioned countries. Specifically, if thei'r energy rich countries like aran or russia, where they can also have access to mining,. which gives them a permissionless way of accessing the networks to begin with.
