My biggest thing is client satisfaction. Our reputation is what's going to, if you're doing it right, people are gonna be happy. We suffer, we don't have enough reviews. And so that's become a focus for Q4: How do we work on people saying, oh my gosh, you're great, but then we just leave it there? So that's a step that we're at. My day to day, a lot of times, is just scanning through some of the email traffic they may come in.
