Why I Don't Write Literate Programming All the Time

In literate programming, usually you can write in HTML or lay tack. And so you can include tables and diagrams. I find that this works really well for code that sort of spread out all over and hard to tie together. So these are the two cases that I still write literate code. But often what I will do is I'll submit like when I get to the point where I want to submit my final PR or whatever for some big new feature.
