Should I Do 30 to 50 Reps Per Workout of Pull Ups?

If you do a lot of high volume pull ups, you will find eventually that you have elbow and shoulder issues. 50 reps a week is not the end of the world. I giv your train and pull twice a week and you did t now, an average of three sets a ten bos day. That's still 60 reps. So we got de masonville. High volume, 30 to 50 reps total, and work out body weight pull ups. Not really sure if im gread. I guess ye es yo sang like yet.
