The Inadmissibility of a Co-Conspiratory Statement
Former federal prosecutor George Newhouse of Richard's Carrington joins us. The legal issue in this case is the admissibility of a co-conspiratory statement that eliminates both the defendant who made the statement and his co-Conspiratory, in this case, Simea. It does the same thing as saying Mary or Bill robbed Bill; it identifies the person.
