It's a little while to get your mind around how the whole system kind of works, but once you get it, it's not so bad. It also completely shifts the way we think about what it means to do good work. You are good at your job if you do these things. A partner is just another role in your life, like anything. So this just closes that gap and forces us to look at it and go, how much of my part am I actually doing here?
