I feel more genuine with my students, which means I'm more fulfilled as an educator. There's no question about that. Teaching is really hard. The hardest things I've ever done. But it is to watch them. When they see kids have light bulb movements. And the amount of light bulb moments have gone up. Which is very fulfilling. Just seeing students more engaged and having more of a voice. They're feeling heard as passive and important in any educational context.
