I would also recommend voting against all members of the nominating committee. They're the ones responsible for this who even if theres a woman on the nominating committee, i would vote no ah. The nasdak has just adopted a new rule, which is being challenged in court, but i think it's going to stick requiring more diversity on boards. I'm surprised that they haven't come out with some sort of tierge system. But that's just what i think. Where do you think this is going? Yet?
