The five-year treasury seems to be the sweet spot for Bank of America. The yields are done and it falls right into the disinflation deflationary Chinese impulse, says Mr Diamond. We're actually starting to see a lot of overseas investors returning to the US investment-grade corporate bond market. They're attracted by the yields there.
