What's Going to Happen to Interest Rates?

I saw an interesting article from Westpac during the week with their forecast for what interest rates are going to do. They actually expect the current 3.35% rate to increase to 4.1% this year. And then peak in May, so in a few couple of months, and then just declined to 2.35%. So yeah, I just thought that was a pretty wild projection. Whatever crystal ball they're using, can I have a go?
