Is Bill Gates a Utopian City?

i think anybody's setting out to build a utopian city, it might be an impossible bar. And i feel like things can only go bad. Wants it to be the people on the city, but then he still wants to be capitalist. Very i'm struggling with it. Is a invited? How do we get into the utopian city?
