Lake: My philosophy with the p m i and even like wholesaler fees, is that if other people can get ther their money and get their own cut, while i can still make money then that's fine. I think a lot of people will look at that in interest as like it's very much real state investors kind of look at like rent,. But also understand is this property's going to cash float after paying that money, then i'm winning, like i'm winning tho seal.
