The Importance of Right Sizing in Sales Marketing

A lot of companies in the last six months basically said they're switching from hyper growth mode, which emphasizes the sales marketing teams. The correct amount of people in sales marketing to keep a sustainable effort going is important. Some of that's a market correction and some of it's a company internal, you know, correction kind of thing. So I'd also argue that it also speaks to what the overall market is doing.
