The Tower of Babel
Pentecost is the reversal of the Tower of Babel, where Adam and Eve were told they could become like God without God. The same old temptation will happen again in our lifetime or soon, he says. Pentecost brings us back to communion with God as it did 50 days later on Passover when Jesus was raised from death into life.
