How Long Did It Take You to Get to 550 Units?
The markets we were in are pretty saturated and we have a good chunk of the rentals there. We actually just recently realized that Grand Junction is like the real market that we can grow and there's a lot of opportunity there. It's about a four hour drive from Alamoza to Grand Junction. So that's a challenge. And I wish I would have done that years ago.
