The Most Difficult Position in College Football
For me, the challenge was always offensive lineman. You got to find those developmental guys who not only had the traits, but had enough game production that you feel good enough to put a draftable grade on. For me, the difficult position was safety. That's been the one that I've had the hardest time with. The way the game's played, you can kind of take the safety out of the game, so to speak.
