I Don't Hate Anyone That Flips a GT3
The average person buying a GT 350 grand is probably earning I don't know. Maybe they're making 150 grand a year Pre-tax yeah, and you can easily buy a GT3 on earning that money Right because it's it's gonna cost you 800 pounds a month put 20 grand down. Most people without proper responsibilities only 150 grand ayear could do that. So when you get offered 100 grand over That is More than you earn after tax every year or around the same literally for doing nothing You can see why a lot of people take it. So I don't hate anyone that flips I don'thate them. It makes sense to me like and that was my point.
