What Are Some of the Incentives That Make Sense?
The adoption road map for the c o e has a number of incentives. These include more direct access to the c oe, having a champion of the month and specialised deep dive training. But what motivates you? It also depends on kind of people you're working with,. Right now, if you're in a data culture where it's appropriate for you to hold back and cand keep thing close to the chest, i think it's going to be harder to build out that centre of excellence.
