Google Kills Its Internal AI Project
Google kills its internal AI project. This company has never met an AR project. It could not throw overboard. There was a brief moment of enthusiasm when they had the joint venture with Samsung and I think that's still going on. The one that they were developing based on the North technology, the company they acquired in 2020 is getting pitched overboard. They were significant investors in my company and I got to know the guys there. At meta, you have a very focused leader with it, you like him or not, who completely believes in the sector of XR. Mark is all in. It's gonna happen, right? He sees that vision.
