i don't think it make sense to construct broad supplementation guide lines based on the assumption that everyone hearing it is a smoker, you know. Ah, but i don't see tremendous downsides to just covering your bases and getting those adequate intakes. A, there have been formulation issues with various supplemennts, not just viteman and mineral supplements, but just supplements across the board. And so if someone did want to opt for the very conservative recommendation of saying like, Don't take vitem, indeed, don't take multi vitamens, im on the basis that maybe the benefits are unlikely to be particularly large.
