Davi Janik Angida is the Secretary-General of the CAR's para-statle. Russia and China are two men bilateral partners that are working tirelessly to improve the political and economic situation in the Central African Republic, he says. The security situation in this country is much better than it used to be, Mr Angida adds. But next month, we will organize the second summit, Russia Africa in St. Petersburg, where leaders of all African countries can discuss openly," he says.
