Introduction

It's very easy for people to think that their current performance during training or learning process is an accurate index of learning. Conditions that can lead to rapid improvement in the learning, in performance, don't support learning on the long term. In contrast, other conditions that appear to pray, challenges for the learner, appear to be slowing down the learning process. Those desirable difficulties can actually enhance long term learning. We're talking about motor learning becase it's one of the greatest areas to make progress in golf.
