Colin Higgins: I just have a question about some things that you mentioned in chapter four of your book. When negotiating my mind always looks for a way that I can give something up to the other side that my side doesn't care about or value. Here's the gist of what we're getting at here. You don't want togive up by paying more because that's going to hurt your buyer. But there may be a situation where the buyer says, I'm in no rush to actually move into the house. Like if the seller accepts my offer, I'm happy to let them stay there and rent the house back from me.
